![]() Combat on the iPad has been making me reevaluate my approach. Hopefully I'll be able to handle the slicer-dicer-mashers in Greece and Egypt better by the time I get there. ![]() With Lara leaping ahead with just a tap of the forward button, it was hard to get through the swinging blades. I was reminded just how bloody Tomb Raider can be. ![]() Didn't fall once going up the stairs on either side of the temple, either! This should save a lot of tapping the icon over and over, which is what I did at first.Ĥ. For menu navigation, hitting the words "Save Game" or "Load Game" selects that option. The jump button needs to be pressed before, not simultaneously with, the direction buttons.ģ. Lara moves forward too fast, and has some difficulty turning, but I was moving smoothly after two play-throughs of Lara's Home.Ģ. The water looks brackish though - was it always that green?ġ. The photo above is with the "Auto Grab" function turned on. The paintings are similar to the Mac version of TR2 which improved the textures for Lara's Home, but basically stopped improvements for the later levels. Lara's home in the original TR1 has some of the sketchiest textures, but they've all been cleaned up here. The image in the polaroid photo is taken from TR3.
